Arepas Take 2

Last night, I decided to made arepas for my friend Eleanor to enjoy after a long day at work. I stuffed the arepas with leftover chili, Cabot , avocado, and sauteed red onions and garlic with a squeeze of lime. They were mouth-watering good.

This morning we woke up to snow on the ground… it’s not much but it sure does look beautiful!

Oh Ursala is it time for your breakfast? I think so…

off to feed the animals…
