My morning started here at the Harvard Stadium!
I met my friend Bec on the stairs ready to go!
We like to start at section 37 and work our way down. We did 28 sections(out of 37) – next week we plan on taking on the whole beast!
After my workout, I quickly met a friend in Newton to pick up my wedding dress, which has been hidden at her house for a couple months. I then raced home and quickly showered before Nyssa came over for a walk and lunch.
Nys and I went to Sugar & Spice – I think I have her hooked on Thai food! We shared the chicken noodle(rice, of course) soup, tofu and cashews, and massaman curry. It was all very yummy and got us fired up for my wedding dress fitting!
After a very successful fitting(sorry some things have to be kept a secret) I came home to the boys sitting in the kitchen on their computers.
Can you guess what I did while Dave and Toby were on their computers?
I made honey roasted peanut butter! It’s so easy. Kath made some recently and I just had to try some. So 3 cups of honey roasted peanuts, 1 tsp. of canola oil, and 5 minutes later… I had delicious peanut butter! I can’t wait to put this on a banana in the morning!
Then, for dinner I made the boys and I -chicken and vegetables with peanut sauce over brown rice maifun noodles. It hit the spot! I do love Thai food!!
Our friend, Effie the cat, passed away tonight. We send her family lots of love.

I am dying to do Stadiums with you — but, um, has anybody ever fallen? That would bound to be me. No matter, I will wear kneepads
