I’ll admit it I did NOT feel well this morning. I was suppose to go for a run with a friend , but my body had other plans.  There was definitely gluten in my meal last night. I need to more careful-bummer!

So I kept my food for breakfast simple-  corn flakes and a banana until lunch. Then, after a quick trip to Target and TJMaxx I had fresh fruits and vegetables with sweet potato chips and homemade bean dip for lunch.


I wanted my stomach to be ready for Pigalle with my ladies ! I love that my ‘girls’ from school are big foodies it makes going out to dinner that much more fun!


Since it’s Restaurant Week we all did their 3-course special for $33.11. I made sure to check with my waiter that my entire meal for gluten free Winking smile 

I started with the -curried carrot soup with grilled calamari and chorizo. The soup itself was wonderful, but I wasn’t a big fan of the calamari- to chewy for my taste!


Then, had the pan seared salmon with roasted beets, lentils du puy and port reduction. This was breathtaking- perfectly cooked salmon and the lentils melted in my mouth… hmmm!


For dessert I ordered the panna cotta with exotic fruit soup,passion fruit sorbet and candied orange. Oh my goodness- this was fantastic!!


A wonderful meal with some wonderful ladies!

My workout plan have changed for this week:

  • Wednesday- nothing except walking Luna (my hammy’s are SORE from George’s class & I was too sick this morning to run) Sad smile
  • Thursday- TRX class with Bec
  • Friday- Harvard Stadiums with Bec
  • Saturday- spin or run
  • Sunday- spin or run
