Don’t these look delicious!?!?

But, before these celebratory arepas came a great Total Body Conditioning class, and a  full time of thesis ‘bonding’ with Elise.

We, did take a quick break to get some lunch  at Sugar & Spice: pho tofu soup & massaman curry. She had to try their $12 dollar lunch!

We then went to school for a final thesis meeting and to work on our presentation, which is on Tuesday.

Finally, around 5:15 we  got in our cars to head home and were met by rush hour traffic AND Red Sox traffic- ugh! It took me an HOUR and 15 MINUTE to get home- it usually takes me 20 minutes!!

Thank goodness I had a crockpot worth of chili going ALL day Smile – time to celebrate Cinco de Mayo & Aubrey’s birthday –arepas style! They really hit the spot!

In our corn pockets tonight:

  • crockpot turkey chili
  • Cabot
  • cilantro
  • lime juice
  • guacamole
