Bottom line: this has been a great addition to my mornings before a workout.
Now on to dinners…
Last night I got home from my wonderful shower
and dave asked for something ‘different’ for dinner. Lucky for him- I had paella with chicken thighs and chicken chorizo. I think he is was most excited that I used Arborio rice and not brown rice.
Tonight, it was pizza. For my oat & flax pizza, and for Dave – homemade honey whole wheat dough. I added kale, sun-dried tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, bleu cheese, red pepper slices, and tomato sauce onto my pizza while Dave had fresh mozz & sauce.
We were both happy with our dinners
Tomorrow am- I’m going to get a heavy lift in, and Wendy’s spin class. I have physical therapy in the pm- bums!

The egg on the pizza sounds delicious. Good luck in physical therapy.
Yum! That paella looks excellent. I bought some chickpea flour recently because of you. Excited to use it!
