Flour sans Gluten

P8237190Yesterday, I met Sarah and Brita for lunch at Flour in Central Square.

Due to my new dietary restrictions I was psyched to see that Flour had abbreviations on their board for gluten, nuts, veggie and vegan choices- so helpful!

Brita and I split a tea and I ordered the curry tuna sandwich on a bed of greens. It was delicious!

After lunch, I found out my car needed a new transmission- thank goodness I have a warranty! Smile PHEW!

Then, I met Beccah and Brita for Anusara yoga with Andrea  at Majestic Yoga Studio. Their website notes that:

Anusara Yoga is an integrated approach to Hatha Yoga in which the human spirit blends with the science of biomechanics. Anusara Yoga is grounded in a deep understanding of body alignment and an essential appreciation and respect for each student’s abilities and limitations.

I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this yoga class. I purchased the 2 week special for $25 – so I plan to go back and try another class soon!
