Elise, Marybeth and I went down to Marcia’s house for lunch today!
When we got to her house she showed us her homemade sprouts- pretty cool right!?!
We started our meal with some chips & salsa(mango & peach to be exact!)- yum!
On our lunch menu:
- Sweet Potato & Black Bean Burritos
- local greens salad
Marcia is the best- she made the burritos with brown rice tortillas!
Then Elise brought our her delicious dessert- crack pie. Yep, that’s really the name- crazy right!
It was sugary buttery goodness…. but truthfully not as good as her salted chocolate caramel tart! 
I’m back online tonight & loving be able to use my camera to take photos of food again!
