Friday Night Dinner

Fresh caught cod, farm fresh veggies and tomato polenta stackers- a perfect summer dinner!

Our evening started off with a little bubbly(for the adults only)- a perfect way to start the celebration! Note: the child in the background Winking smile


While the boys played with Dave, Elise and I made dinner for the brood!

I started with the quinoa polenta topped with heirloom tomatoes from Plato’s Harvest.


While Elise grilled up with – summer squash, red pepper, eggplant, and cod.


You know you love veggies when… you have more veggies than other yummies on your plate Winking smile


I think my favorite part of our meal was the local cod and garlicky greens beans that tasted like candy!


We are so happy to be on the cape with Elise and Stefan and their gaggle of boys!
