Workouts this Week

I have been really slacking on workouts – I’ve been only getting about 3 workouts in a week- yikes! With the internship, and intestinal testing – it has seemed hard to organize when to get my workouts in. After work I’m usually pooped from the day and I’ve needed to get to the hospital pretty early BUT it’s time to MAKE time

.So this week I’m trying to pick it up!

  • Monday: 35 minute fast walk
  • Tuesday: Body Pump at 6:00am
  • Wednesday: Spin class
  • Thursday: 30 minute walk & short strength training circuit

Before training a client tonight- I did a quick circuit of:

  • high step ups
  • pushups on the smith machine bar
  • smith lunges ( an oldie but a goodie)
  • chin ups (on the machine)

Depending on my schedule tomorrow- I’m planning on going for a run after work. We’ll see though Winking smile

 

On a food note: I added pumpkin puree to our chili on Tuesday night. It was DELICIOUS! Thank you Liz for the idea!
