My mother has been talking about how good the frozen pineapple at Whole Foods is so I picked some up this morning. After reading posts by Marcia and Elise on smoothies post workout – I decided this would be a perfect way to use my pineapple!
In my smoothie:
- 3/4 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries
- honey Chobani
- 1/4 cup of Organic Valley soy milk(my favorite soy milk that contains fiber and is in low sugar!)
Calories: 257, Carbs: 43g, Fiber:4g., Protein: 18g
It really hit the spot!
