What a Day

It is in the upper 60s/low 70s today and we totally taking advantage of it!

Both Dave and I went for a run this morning… albeit mine was quite a bit slower than his Winking smile


My mother has been talking about how good the frozen pineapple at Whole Foods is so I picked some up this morning. After reading posts by Marcia and Elise on smoothies post workout – I decided this would be a perfect way to use my pineapple!

In my smoothie:

Calories: 257, Carbs: 43g, Fiber:4g., Protein: 18g


It really hit the spot!
