Cough Cough

I felt a tickle in my throat this afternoon and instantly made a large cup of hot water with lemon slices and honey.

It already feels better…


I decided to make butternut squash bake for dinner with Cabot’s new sharp lightseriously sharp cheddar to increase my veggie dosh for the day!


It tasted so warm and filled with tons of squash, onions and spinach!


Run COLD run!!!
